Pros

Wonderful people who work here (Director and below), but we are treated awful by executives, and we never know what the next bombshell will be.

Cons

Everyday it seems to get worse and worse. They claim to promote internal mobility, but it's only mobility within your office or zip code (if you are one of the lucky few to be remote). The new co-location policy is again forcing people to relocate or look for jobs elsewhere. You truly are just a number here now, and they assume any position, even those that are technical or require a SME are easily fillable with anyone off the street. Our clients are beyond mad on the banking side, and no one seems to care at the executive level. Stop choosing locations over knowledge and skills. Almost everyone I know who works here is actively looking to get out, and those who have already left say it was the best decision they ever made. I am not FiservProud, more like embarrassed to say I still work here. and haven't found a way to get out yet.

Pros

Fiserv has some of the greatest people around. People who will step up to help in any situation. Unfortunately the C-level executive leadership does not always recognize that. The benefits are fairly standard in the industry.

Cons

The new c-level leadership has been driving people away. The CEO now requires most people to work from an office. If people do not relocate, they will be asked to leave the company. These consist of key people who have vast amounts of knowledge who are leaving the company. On an internal town-hall The C-level leadership blamed the managers for people leaving the company versus admitting the work from an office was the problem. The leadership team is archaic in their thinking which prevents us from hiring quality people. The c-level leadership is constantly cutting costs and not investing in most solutions. The clients recognize this lack of investment and the associates are forced to deal with the clients justified wrath. Also the leadership will place blame on the employees and lower level management versus acknowledging they are making terrible decisions.

Pros

The original Fiserv employees but are being let go due to CEO

Cons

Company is being ruined and morale is extremely low. Company is not allowing anyone to work from home and tracking employee badge activity. Employees that have worked from home for years and years are either told they can take a severance package or move to New Jersey. Frank is the worst CEO in history and has ruined this once great company. He and his management do not appreciate employees and do not care about retaining any valuable knowledge. There is no flexibility for employees and absolutely no appreciation. Employees are treated like disposable assets. All culture is toxic at this point. Stay away if you can!
