Pros

Work from home privileges when approved by manager, friendly co-workers, work-life balance is OK, 401K is provided and sick and vacation days are combined

Cons

Constant turn over, so client issues are hard to solve, constant re-organizations and management changes, management treats workers like children and training for employees is considered a privilege, not a necessity. Company matched portion of 401IK does not vest until after 2 years of employment, health insurance is minimal (bare minimum to disqualify someone for Affordable Care Act but majority of deducible from High Deductible Health Plans are responsibility of the employee)

Pros

They were very understanding about me having n g to be out due to migraines. Supervisor recommended I get FLMA for it which I did not realize I could do. Good 401k and stock buy in at company.

Cons

While insurance starts your first day there you have to pay the deductible before it really kicks in. They do give you some money to help with this but still deductible is $ 3,500.00. I don't have that just lying around.

Pros

The cafeteria, people work with, mainly because in same boat as me

Cons

The benefits are terrible, insurance is costly, Vacation, Sick Days, Holidays are all lumped in to one pool, I work at the Norcross location and the employee view here is a SWEAT SHOP environment horrible the products fail on a daily basis , unhappy customers
