Just a number to management

Pros

Good pay, decent hours, and you get to make a difference in children's lives, children 18 months+ ride-along with parents (avoid daycare costs)

Cons

No benefits (except poor emergency type that is not worth paying for), treated horribly by some staff, no breaks to use restroom on many routes. Short staffed, so they bring other drivers in.

They really prepared me

Pros

They have a great training program that will give you everything you need before taking both your written and skills test. They provided the skills test, you had to go the DMV to take the written exam. They really prepared me and had me feeling confident. It was so worth it.

Cons

Training was not paid. You have to pay for your license to sit for the written test.
