First student school bus company located in Fresno is the worse place you ever want to work ! Hard to believe this company that claimed to be a a desirable place to work is in fact a very dishonest company that cheat on most of there workers the bus drivers themselves.They cheat on the workers pay checks by deducting wages without the bus drivers permission wish is not only wrong but a total labor violations.No wonder majority of the bus drivers keep there driving hours on record into a note book of fear from being cheated by the bus company wish they cannot trust.

People whom work inside the office constantly harassing most school bus drivers on interrogating them why the bus drivers spent extra minutes They (the staffs) are just pretending you are just seating there on the chair doing nothing when in fact you are spending those times by swiping inside the bus, doing your paper works,waiting on the fueling lines and doing your pretrip, post trip. This type of harassment are felt by most drivers very unfairly because it does deeply interfere with the work duties of the bus drivers to prevent them doing there jobs wish are sometime uncounted for on the bus drivers pay.This type of practice and intimidation from First Student are design to purposely cut times from on duties works and at the same time by cheating on the bus drivers pay checks.
