      Career lasted only three weeks, like many

      They paid well, but what good it that, when you are yelled at each and everyday and told how bad you are.

      Cons

      I came into the IT organization with high hopes. I realized after the first week it is so messed up you can't be successful. I was told the second day that the expectation was to work 70+ hours and weekends or else. Well I decided it was time to move on so i was able to go back to my old job. This organization is very negative. The CEO is a priest, and I can say he is anything but that. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

      Worst Company I Have Ever Worked For

      The new building is nice. The company is growing and expanding.

      Cons

      Micro-management at its worst. The senior leadership is terrible across the company. The most stressful, unhealthy and demeaning environment I have ever worked in. Tiny workspaces with no privacy. You get a few feet of desk space in the open 2 feet from the person next to you. If you want to work long hours, give up your nights and weekends and be told it isn't good enough, come here. Most people in IT are unhappy here, the turnover rate is extremely high. They fire lots of people, many others just quit.

      A financially sound company that provides a much needed service to the underprivileged....

      Cons

      The senior management of this company is one of the worst in corporate america. They do not have a clue as to how to manage, they are self centered and do not treat their employees with much respect. The current CEO is a complete and utter fraud. He was a former priest who still wears the collar so that should sum it up....The absolute worst company I have ever worked for in my 34 years of professional employment....
