Career lasted only three weeks, like many - Project Manager Fidelis Care Employee Review

I came into the IT organization with high hopes. I realized after the first week it is so messed up you can't be successful. I was told the second day that the expectation was to work 70+ hours and weekends or else. Well I decided it was time to move on so i was able to go back to my old job. This organization is very negative. The CEO is a priest, and I can say he is anything but that. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
