Pros

People are very friendly and want to do a good job for patients. Pay is very good.

Executive team are condescending and treat staff like slaves. They are not willing to listen to suggestions. They are not trusting of staff and openly criticize others publicly. Company can not keep good employees and has high turnover.

Pros

This company is not for the faint of heart. However, your experience there can teach you a lot about being in an challenging and hectic environment.

Cons

This company has potential however there is so much politics, cliques and power trippers that nothing gets done properly. Everyone is out to get the other. There is no unity in achieving a goal. Interdepartmental fights and blames get really nasty. No one knows who is responsible for what. You will be worked to the bone. Because of the intense workload and being understaffed employees are being put under mandatory overtime (12 hour workdays). I am not even sure if these conditions are legal. Mentally unstable people are put in managerial positions and staffs are being terrorized. People quit like flies totally being overworked and underpaid. At interview please don't fall for the famous lie about promotions being accessible. Hard work in not recognized, favoritism is rampant.
