      Fidelis is an unethical employer

      None pros at all- none!

      Cons

      Fidelis is dishonest in every aspect of their business. They are only concerned about money. I was bullied and harassed, and assaulted at this job. They concealed my work related injury by not filing the appropriate paperwork and then did everything they could to harm me and my family. There is no such thing as making your own hours there-at least not for a nurse, they hate nurses and try to force you to do extra hours for no pay. A so-called priest running this business.

      Pros

      Good pay, flexible hours and if your in the field like I was then you don't have to deal with a stupid supervisor all the time (just when they call and you better answer or you'll get written up!)

      Cons

      Where to start? Boring work, harassment if you miss your quota, harrassment if you make your quota, no support from management. I tried thinking outside the box one too many times to increase sales, got a corrective action and then the supervisor stole my idea . I was gone within the month
