Management stages weekly competition between employees for those who can input the fastest and most data! Quantity is rewarded over quality. You are required to answer 150+ customer service calls (and resolve issue) while doing 200+ data entry items per day. Anything less is cause for a write up or worse firing. Family planning is not a covered benefit under health insurance offered to employees because Fidelis is owned by Catholics. Non employees who sign up for the Medicaid plan with Fidelis receive family planning as a covered benefit. Ironic.
