Atmosphere of bullying - RN Case Manager Fidelis Care Employee Review

Treatment of employees, bullying that starts at the director and flows to front line staff. People would be fired at any other company for the comments that are acceptable there. Staff take pictures on their cellphones to make fun of people and send around. Name calling is common and acceptable. It is the least Christian culture ever.
