      Pros

      Location allows for driving and parking yoru car in Rego Park. Very good organization for the under served and poor to obtain heath insurance. If you like solid rules, this is the company for you - there is no gray arrears. Everything in office locatons is clean, stainless steel areas, very professional dress attire required.

      Cons

      Dealing with the top management VP's. They ruke with a sharp iron fist. Heavy turnover. Good management people turn easily thru the doors. A lot of micro managing. Limited changes for promotion. Most management lifetime is less than four years.

      Mgmnt is petty and childish. They turn personal issues into work related issues. Not knowledgeable for their position. They get together to lie to get someone fired. HR and Compliance are useless. This company needs a UNION!!!!!!! Management are a bunch of bullies who will do whatever they can to get at someone. The training provided is horrible. The CEO is far from a leader and the heads of all departments (CFO, COO etc) have their heads in a cloud thinking they know their dept and what's going on when in reality they DONT WANT TO KNOW? I regret coming to work in such a hostile work environment. Thank you "MANAGEMENT" for teaching me that I cant trust any of you.

      New York office is close to public transportation and there is good shopping in the immediate neighborhood in Rego Park.

      Cons

      Dehumanizing is the best way to describe the rigid and demanding style of Fidelis management. Be prepared to have everything done right away regardless of the impact on your family.
