Pros

Good Pay, clean offices, many good people at the staff level

Cons

Unfair...expectations are way to high and no tolerance for mistakes even when someone is working to the point of exhaustion closed minded - think employees should be grateful to work for them Insensitive to situations - even when scope creep is 100% or additional work is given - you are still expected to meet target dates - there is not excuse - just suck it up and get it done....you are expected to work all hours and 7 days a week to meet goals. no flexibility or adaptablity - business will not budge on put in proper project management so realistic due dates can be establsihed.... no capacity to motivate other than threatening your job....

Pros

Working independently and as a team player to assess and authorize appropriate home health care to members in need. Decent benefits, investment opportunities, salary, and paid time off.

Cons

Poor training, coaching and lack of support to manage work flows and produce expected outcomes. Unappreciated dedicated employees. Recent unprecedented enrollment increase with unbalanced ratio of staff to manage chaotic and poorly monitored programs and benefits. Upper management unaccountable and putting blame on clinical and non-clinical staff. Middle management resigning or hanging on with false hopes. Scapegoat lower management unfairly blamed and ultimately terminated. This company is too big for it's britches and hides behind The Cross of the Roman Catholic Church in a stance not worthy of their Mission Statement. I for one am truly disheartened and disappointed. Mark Lane would be ashamed of what has transpired since his death. Shame on Father Frawley, yes, the CEO of this company!

Pros

Coworkers If you are looking for a title and have little experience this is the place.

Cons

No Training - not even an attempt No Direction - figure it out No Documentation - you will rewrite processes over and over and over each time there is a change No Streamline for a document format or on a single team Just deploy whatever you want when you feel like it Ignore audits for years Basically it is a free for all
