Pros

30 minute unpaid break that you might not get.

Cons

Terrible management who are running the place into the ground and on a power trip. Fear is quickly installed into the staff (do more or get fired attitude) No appreciation shown to any staff and no support given whatsoever. Paying staff correctly and on time is also an on going issue.

Pros

Free membership and the other staff are there to chat to about how much you want to leave. That's all I'm afraid.

Cons

More cuts, more targets. Minimum wage, minimum incentive. Management are terrible. More and more staff are being cut continually.
