Helping people in and out of the pool, socialising with all the staff

Cons

Literally everything. Being a lifeguard is so boring. Changing over every 20minutes and then going on a 20minute break. That is a lifeguard.

It's rota but only work 1 weekend out of 3 and weekdays shifts you start either 9, 10 or 12:30. Friendly work environment.

Cons

Big targets and have to put maximum effort in to succeed. Have to be money motivated.
