they gave me my first sales job with no experience im now fully trained and thriveing in my field they also pay quite well and offer very comperhensive training after 4 mounths with them now on my way to management

Cons

downsides at our site only 3 in our team so have to work 2 weekends a mounth

Pros

The centre I worked at the lifeguards have to work on reception which gives you more experience. Friendly team. Flexible hours. Opportunity to continue working part time provided that you keep up the training.

Cons

It was not a high wage. The hours changed each week so that being part time I didn't know when I'd be working and how much. However, you could swap hours with your colleagues
