High Staff Turnover for sales team.

Free membership. Direct Sales Manager was supportive.

Cons

Expected to work 10-12 hours a day, yet only paid for 8. Get emails about 'leaving early' if you leave at the time you're supposed to. Even if you personally reach target, if the site doesn't, you will get no commission for your hard work. A lot of effort for very little reward or acknowledgement. Extremely high turnover of staff within the sales teams. Generally a bad experience working with Everyone Active. If I had been working for the leisure centre itself and the centre manager, it would have been a completely different story.

Training provided to move into other departments and areas. Opportunity to train to become a GM

Cons

Understaffed, Poor management. Too much marketing and not enough structure. System needs updating. Website is confusing. Company does not like to spend money on fixing things that NEED fixing.
