Pros
Good place to start a career. Most the people are friendly. They offer solid health benefits and PTO.
Cons
The pay is terrible and hardly competitive. They dont allow you to be creative or think outside the box. The office environment is like a middle school pep rally (Always clapping and hoking horns) but its all for show and really annoying to anyone over the age of 25 (90% of the company is a recent college grad). Little to no growth potential. Bonus structure terrible. Every year they raise the bar for bonuses and they are only attainable if you work 15 hour days or work in a really big market. You cannot give advise or suggestions to management... Well you can but they dont listen. Ever since they went public, they have been doing everything they can to save money and it was very apparent.
