Pros
The Apex environment is structured with goal-getters, its a sales environment full of young, hungry, ambitious professionals - but it is not a sales environment in the sense that everyone is humble, out to help each other and be supportive. It's very much a team environment with the company's best interests at heart. As a result the morale is excellent and you can make some really great money from doing what is essentially a straigh forward job.
Cons
Vacation time is limited, although the work/life balance is respected. Benefits are not tailored well for families, only for the individual. Not for the faint-hearted or those who are not driven to succeed.
