      Pros

      For internal employees, the atmosphere in Apex is great. They hire a lot based on personality so you can get a long with the team. Office is in great location

      Cons

      If you don’t want to work in a call center feel or in sales this is not the job for you. The work itself to hire contractors is exhausting and misleading. They scam you out of money earned. High employee turnover ratio

      Pros

      -decent benefits -coworkers With so many people quitting, you can piggy back some of their commission/ accounts that you will have to work from the ground up.

      Cons

      -MICROMANAGEMENT -poverty salary base -mngt is not in sync with individual markets -mngt only cares about the numbers -culture can be toxic Some branches are better than others but almost all are understaffed with constant turnover. This leads to individuals doing multiple people's workload and constant stress when you're not meeting unattainable goals. If you're not hitting numbers/ if you are hitting numbers, you will be micromanaged, if you are a favorite, you will not be.

      Pros

      Very good working environment. Love the managers, love the encouragement, not the highest pay for the profession but if you are good at what you do your commission is exponentiation. They set the system up so you get promoted. If you consistently hit the metrics they set as their minimum /goal then you get promoted.

      Cons

      You have to be very organized to be successful. Very fast pace and good with computer filing. You don't have to have a background in Biology/chemistry or sciences but it definitely helps to relate to the people you are talking to everyday. Lots of pressure.
