      Pros

      At the start of my 5 year employ with Apex it was great. I had the best recruiters that helped me any time I needed them.

      Cons

      Towards the last 2 years the service went down hill. The last two recruiters didn't seem to know what they were doing. They would always refer me to the customer service consulting center for any help. They didn't follow through on calling me back or sending email information.

      Pros

      Paychecks were every Friday which was nice. It was easy to communicate with my managers.

      Cons

      Many of the perks and job conditions promised by recruiters turned out to be false. Pay wasn't very good. Several times we were forced to work 7 days a week instead of the agreed upon 5 days a week.

      management blames employees for problems, awful pay, takes forever to earn decent commission
