Pros

Good people to work with who are friendly. Flexible with work life balance. Some cheap rentals.

Cons

Company does not care about you. Do not receive any Bonuses. Wage is rubbish for work. People do not know what they are doing in the company.

Pros

I'll be frank the only Pro is the fact you may get the to experience new car models. Weekly pay. That's about it.

Cons

Where do I start. From a professional point of view; Safeguarding violations, human rights violation general wellbeing violations. Long hours so a very unhealthy lifestyle/work balance. I was forced to leave because I requested a transfer as I was not comfortable with my working condition and environment. Team members that where in with senior management often made sexual advances on team members. Often in touches and inappropriate sexual comments. No support system or structure from HR. Has a very clichy environment, typical boys will be boys environment. An underlying tone of racism, back office staff tend (including front of staff workers) to leave workload to ethnic minority groups often only coming forward to serve customers that are there pals. Management including senior management are very dodgy, tending to show favouritism to RSA staff that they are sexual involved in, a clear conflict of interest. Senior management not advising all employees of how pay structure is set and benefits. Senior management often tend to try to intimidate staff by bullying and aggressive behaviour.
