Pros

Wages were okay. Staff at regional branches really hardworking. Decent fleet in good shape for the most part and good spread of locations.

Cons

No support, micromanaging CEO that has no concept of anything commercial. Archaic system. Revolting customer service. Boys club management team. EA has way too much power.

Pros

Made to feel very welcome (especially if you're a new starter), always productive, well managed & working with friendly people within the office.

Cons

To have a smaller lunch break as an hour could be to long for some.
