Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Management are bullies. Pressure to sell, unachievable sales targets. Completely disorganised. No support from management. Very uninformed and ignorant towards mental health issues. If your sales are good then management will suck up to you, if your sales are poor then they will threaten that you could lose your job.
