Pros

Good team at Luton branch and managers are very supportive. First couple of months can be quite difficult learning everything, but once you know what you are doing, it is a good job. Long hours but you get more days off. Commission is good at airport branches.

Cons

Rotation shift, earlies, mids, lates can be quite stressful. Working weekends.
