Pros

None than I can think of. Oh wait, they have a coffee pod machine.

Cons

Management are so elitist, EA thinks she runs the company, customer service manager hates people - it's just an awful place to work, and I thoroughly recommend against it.

Pros

You find great people working there. Smart and inspiring management team.

Cons

Too caught up in politics. Way too many fancy titles without any actual content. Way too many managers and large projects going nowhere. Low salaries for entry-mid level people, and high salaries for delegators and gatekeepers.
