Falsified progression opportunities, you are based entirely on your SALES performance and record over anything else you can offer to the business
Aggressive sales approach is outdated within rental industry, meet your unrealistic targets or be disciplined
High staff turnover of sales executives and managers who are not managers, only salesmen who can sell but cant manage
Forced to charge customers for damage which was either already there or really not worth a £1,000 bill for (small scratches, system charges full excess!!)
