Pros

Multinational environment, yearly bonus according to perfomance indicators, company events twice a year, birthday day off, great Christmas hamper, !

Cons

Management problems: teams' problems (IT issues, tasks processes, Human Ressources matters), poorly or not solved, very submissive to countries hiring the center. Very high rotativity of employees - loss of know-how and weak training of new members.

Established organisation with great core values and recognition of your contribution. Excellent in house training and development. The team work ethic is strong and people support each other. We work hard but enjoy what we do.

Cons

Sometimes it can be tough, very hard work but we pull together and get through it.
