long hours no praise if you dont do the work they dont have you in the next day because your zero contract its all for them or nothing drivers smoke weed while out on jobs i used to with them my self if we used to see nails in tyres we were told forget you seen it we need the car out let them think theyve done it once they have the car its there problem sometimes theyd charge customers for damage they hadn't done it was up to them to prove they hadn't minimum wage no bonuses no nothing do the work or go home bad place to work we even scratched few cars our self because we always got done for not spotting damage so wed make sure we had something to report and just charge the customer easy as use different hire company i would never refer them
