Very difficult to grow, bad salaries, everybody is burned out, managers don´t know how to manage people + long hours not paid

Essilor Toronto has very poor management, poor leadership and poor organizational structure. Work culture is very toxic and every manager talk behind each other’s back. Management use poor tactics to manage and lead employees. There is no vision, no planning, no goals or career improvement. High turn over both in the management and in every department. If you don’t speak French then you have 0 chance for any career advancement. Bad salary structure and Hr department is not just helpless but also will violate employees rights. Honest advice: Please Don’t waste your time, think twice about your career.
