Pros

I truly enjoy working at this company. We have autonomy and the freedom to make decisions and create improvements that enhance our customer experience. There’s strong cross-team collaboration, and I feel empowered to contribute beyond my role. My manager is very supportive and encourages us constantly. As a mom, having a clear and consistent schedule allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

So far, I haven’t experienced any negative aspects. It’s been a great decision to work here and I feel valued and comfortable.
