They keep you motivated, they listen to your concerns and feedback, if you love teaching it is a great place to teach, the material is ready and you just need to follow the steps and methodology.

Kids feel important and they love being heard, challenged and celebrated. 2. You don't need to search for students because you are assigned fixed classes with up to 12 students per class, on a convenient schedule. 3. Bonuses and rewards for performance, challenges, etc. Paid vacations and paid training. Meetings are also paid. 4. The wage is great. I am paid in US dollars, so inflation does not affect me (I live in Latin America). 5. Great environment with kind, enthusiastic and always helpful leaders. They listen to our concerns and are always implementing ways to improve not only the students' experience but also the coaches' experience during and after class.
