      As a rapidly growing and young company, sometimes the infrastructure (e.g. big HR or IT teams) is not always the same as what you might have at a bigger company.

      Pros

      The organization and structure of the company is amazing, and so is the staff and leadership team. Instructions for our classes are super clear and everything is provided for us coaches.

      Cons

      It can be a little too demanding when it comes to expectations as a coach, especially when it comes to costumer satisfaction being so important for them.
