Pros

- the work itself isn't hard. - some nice coworkers - you will get paid, even if it's not everything you're owed

Cons

- teachers spend all their time doing (terrible) marketing events to attract more students because enrollment is dropping. - some of the teachers do not speak English - the actual classes are an afterthought - local teachers should be really up-to-date on what they legally deserve because E1 will try to screw you out of it.

Good if you like working with kids and have good colleagues.

Cons

Bad management, everything is sales oriented, 6-day work days, and occasionally they'd ask you to work on holidays too (mostly without compensation).

Pros

Very clean and friendly environment. The manager really focuses on your self-development and will always be there for you. Everything is transparent overall. I give my big appreciation for this.

Cons

Knowing that we often work 6 days a week, I think the salary and adjustments can be improved.
