Pros
- opportunities for advancement. - standardized benefits based on market norms. - lots of resources at your disposal - generally a great staff a professional Chinese who are also able to assist you with so many things that go well beyond their regular job duties. The Chinese staff are usually the shining stars of an EF establishment.
Cons
- there are sometimes sketchy head teachers who can make things difficult for you. - EF also operates in some cities that are less than desirable to work in.
