Operating over 300 language schools for learners aged 3-18 in China and Indonesia, we offer our own cutting-edge curriculum that blends global standards with local market needs. Education is a collaborative journey, and every member of our team plays a vital role in creating a happy and safe environment where students thrive, grow, and build a foundation for lifelong success.
Upon joining English 1, all new teachers receive full support and training, as well as continual professional development across the different products. Teachers can teach English to kids and teens at its state-of-the-art language schools and centres.
English 1 invests heavily in teacher development for those who want to advance their careers in education. Although most positions are entry-level, English 1 also has academic management positions such as DOS (Director of Studies) and CEM (Center Director) roles for those with more experience.
