Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us. Our legal, finance and engagement teams work hard to make sure our teachers are well cared for and that our employment practices are fair and in line with the local government rules and regulations. We also try to give our teachers additional benefits, like sponsored social events to provide a forum for meeting others and just having fun! Of course we would love to have more of a mix in terms of age groups, but the commitment of living abroad for a year can be a bit challenging for people who may have family commitments or established careers in their home countries. We pride ourselves on our training and development opportunities, and we are glad to see that this was one of the areas you most valued about working with us. We are continously working to provide even better training, development, and growth opportunities for our teachers and staff. Coaching and mentoring are two areas we are currently focusing on, as we have identified a need, and understand the value they can provide for both new and experienced teachers.
