We encourage people to grow with EF, and have a number of resources specifically dedicated to this area, including a range of internal training courses, and sponsorships of a a number of internationally recognized professional qualifications, such as the CertTESOL and the DIPTESOL. We understand that working in any school, particularly at the management level, requires a great deal of hard work and dedication, and it can be difficult, at times, to keep a healthy work-life balance.
