Cons

Schedule can be difficult if you don't like working evenings or split-shifts. No room for creativity.

Thank you for recommending us as an employer. We understand that the teaching schedule can be difficult and not always conducive for good work life balance. We also agree on the importance of having a manager who is a good listener, and something as a company we should focus more on when it comes to management training.
