Pros
-Consistent paycheck - Some of the people outside of management are good people
Cons
-Poor management -No upward mobility - Management just passes down responsibility to someone under them when something goes wrong. -The company suffers from the same thing 90% of companies in the USA does; "same old people" doing the "same old stuff" and unwilling to change. - The television industry as whole is dying and this company is a prime example of it. Management is just there to milk the cow until it dies at this point.
