      Pros

      Encompass is a very well known company in the audiovisual business. The working environment is very good and friendly.

      Cons

      I've been hired to work as a network engineer. Unfortunately, after 9 months I'm still configuring firewall policies, and actually I've been recently transferred to a different area, which was not agreed during the job hiring.

      The staff is full of people who are creative and fun and want to work. I enjoyed being around them.

      Cons

      The management staff is catty, and very manipulative, and condescending. Most of them demand things that they can't do and gives write ups and false reports about
