Pros
great bosses & co-workers at facility and other locations / departments. a good mix of legacy and new tech. there is always work to keep one engaged and challenged; the work at hand varies enough that one would not get bored.
Cons
too top heavy i.e. too many people in upper management who don't do much other than take credit for the overall work done that scoop up the big money. facilities need overhauls and equipment upgrades. benefits are mediocre, at best.
