Business Outlook
Pros
- Culture across all of London was very good. Lots of team-building activities. - Compensation is pretty good (above market rate) if you perform well. Generally speaking you can expect 10-20% depending on quarterly number, tenure and overall contribution to the business. - Leadership is very solid. Dan Harris as Director of London and Chris/Toby as the CEOs are a fantastic team and make a lot of time for you which is always great for younger employees.
Cons
- My only con is a discretionary bonus scheme (which in some cases actually works in your favour).
