Pros

- Culture - People, including some great local leaders - Brand is strong and there are plenty of ideas to help you make money

Cons

- The new CRM has been an awful step backwards. I’ve not come across a single person that enjoys using it or considers it a good idea - slows you down to a snails pace and most of the features don’t work or aren’t there.

Pros

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
