If you make a valid complaint, it falls on deaf ears and HR and the CPO will look the other way. If they get a bad review they will go to the ends of the earth to have it removed and scrubbed to protect their stock price and CEO. All senior leadership is grossly lacking the basic EI skills and understanding of psychological safety as they believe intimidation is the best way to get employees to do their jobs and dangle the carrot method when telling employees they will get a raise, when in actuality they won't end up giving it. The senior most leadership wants to be everyone friend but lacks the basic understanding of how to properly run the recruitment business in the U.S. The leadership in the new york office is fully proficient in micro managing the consultants and office staff instead of doing any business development.
