Business Outlook

Pros

Company is newbie friendly, staffs there are really nice, you would even question yourself if you are just not that nice. Personal experience, managers would guide you all through out the training process, would ask feedbacks and insights, basicallly a dream company if you care for mental health. 3x a week onsite is not bad.

Cons

Salary is really low, yearly increase will never keep up with the inflation. All leaves are prorated and plotted for specific days so goodluck if you wanna take a long break, you will be working on ph holidays too. let it be a habit to clarify things with the HR team as they can make mistakes that will make you cry. So ask and ask and ask and clarify.
