I'm sorry to hear that you had a poor experience of working with us for two of our longest-running client accounts. I'm afraid that we are not immune to market forces, and, if our clients' demands change, we have to adapt to those changes.
That said, the unprecedented changes wrought by the pandemic meant that our common practice of reassigning people to different accounts simply wasn't possible. Every member of our Global Leadership Team regrets that, but we had to make many difficult decisions to ensure our business remained viable during 2020, and to safeguard as many critical functions as possible.
Again, I regret that you had a poor experience in terms of job security. In terms of your other comments - without knowing the specifics that you allude to, I can't comment.
