Pros

- Internal mobility and international opportunities - Good team culture

Cons

- Unprofessional work environment as set by the leaders of the account - Leaders who do not get their hands dirty - Hire under pressure so mostly unqualified staff - No performance metrics , everyone is seen as a whole number regardless of whether individuals pull their weight - Promotions are given to those who become friends with the managers (or even the boyfriend/girlfriend of the managers in same cases) - Recycling poor talent across accounts

Hi - thanks for your review. It raises some interesting points but also seems to suggest that there's both a good team culture and a bad one. I'm concerned by the assertion that promotions are not awarded on merit alone - these are serious allegations and I would be very interested to hear more detail, including examples, so I can investigate. We absolutely do not condone such behaviour, but I can't do much until I know more about the specifics. Pros

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
