Thank you for your review. You raise some worrying issues, and make some serious allegations that I would need more detail about to understand and look into properly. In addition however, while we encourage our people to be open and honest with their feedback, it's disappointing that you felt the need to name some of our valued clients in a negative review about us. We're contractually prohibited from naming clients, and it's both unfair to them and unprofessional to include their name alongside ours. If you have an issue to discuss with us we are happy to explore it and find a mutually acceptable resolution; but we ask that you keep such issues civil and professional.
