Pros

I worked with some very dedicated employees who are passionate about RS. There is the ability to rise through the ranks if you're prepared to put the hours in.

Cons

From my personal experience in CMT, very little work flexibility, the expectation was to be at your desk from 8.30-6pm 5 days a week. Extremely cramped office environment, much smaller desks than normal which led to feeling like we were literally on top of each other. Quite a cold and unfriendly workplace, always with an underlying air of tension about the place. The work itself was good but the culture and environment made it a difficult place for me personally to work.

You'll see from other Glassdoor reviews that our core working hours are often mentioned; you'll also see that I've committed to looking into this as one of my priorities. I can assure you that I'm actively working on improving the flexibility we can offer. We haven't got it spot on now, but we're working on it! This is all part of a programme of 'smart working' that I'm developing, and extra space and a more pleasant working environment are key things on this agenda. Again, we're working on it.
