Good training ground for those who are new to recruitment good working environment; if you do not have a family; no friends; no loveones; nothing better career to get into
Cons
staff is treated as a company furniture; no life; no room for creativity; staff comes and switches on their robotic monotonous life; every single seconds you have to please your upper management; no value for work but have to think of upper management, i.e. AD, MD, and above > this is the company where you do not have to think, just deliver them the numbers, per seconds, per day, per week... > KPI is more important than revenues
